Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Clearview North Tustin Sunrooms & Patios website and any request you send us through it. By using the site, calling us or asking for a quote, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Any work we do at your house is covered by a separate written contract that we both sign. If that contract and these terms ever say different things, the signed contract controls.
What we do
We're a sunroom contractor based in North Tustin, CA. Our crew builds and remodels sunrooms, encloses patios, installs screen rooms and patio covers, and converts existing patios and decks into usable rooms. You can see the full list of services on our home page and read more about how we work on our About page.
The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information to help you plan. They aren't a promise that a particular design, product or price fits your house, because every job depends on what we find on site.
Estimates and pricing
Quotes are free, given on site and come with no obligation to hire us. A quote is our best figure for the work as we understand it on the day we look, and it isn't a contract until we both sign a written agreement.
The final price depends on the size and type of room, the materials and glass you choose, the condition of your existing slab, deck or roofline, and any permit or code requirements. If we open up the job and find something no one could see at the estimate, like damaged framing or a footing that won't carry the new room, we'll stop, show you, and put any added cost in a written change order before we go on.
Scheduling and cancellation
Start dates and job length are estimates, because permits, material deliveries and weather can move them. We'll keep you posted when a date changes and work with you on a new one.
If you need to reschedule a quote visit, call or message us as early as you can. Cancelling a signed job is handled under the terms of your written contract and any cancellation rights California law gives you, which we'll go over with you before you sign.
Payment terms
The amount you pay, when each payment is due and how you can pay are all set out in your written contract. Any deposit or progress payment will follow what California law allows for home improvement work.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled, and we'll tell you before we do. Pausing a job never changes what's already been agreed in writing.
Warranties and website disclaimers
Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee, and any warranty on labor or materials for your job will be written into your contract. Product warranties come from the makers of the windows, panels and roofing we install, and we'll pass along their paperwork so you know what each one covers.
Apart from what your contract and the makers' warranties say, the website and its content are provided as is. We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, current or available.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. That includes lost time, lost income or decisions made from the site alone without a quote.
For work at your house, our responsibility is what your written contract and California law set out. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under state law that can't be waived.
Settling a disagreement
If something goes wrong, call us first, because most problems get fixed fastest when we talk them through and come back out to look. If we can't settle it that way, either of us may suggest mediation before going further.
If a dispute still isn't resolved, it will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California, unless your written contract says otherwise or the claim belongs in small claims court.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them or this website are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms. Changes here never alter a contract you've already signed.
Questions about these terms
If anything here is unclear, call us at (657) 356-0209 or send a note through our Contact page, and we'll reply within 1 business day.
