About our sunroom contractor business in North Tustin

Glass sunroom addition with white framing and a raised wooden deck attached to a blue-sided house.

Why I build the rooms I used to sell

I started in this trade on the sales side, sitting at kitchen tables and writing up sunroom orders that other people built. I liked the work, but I never saw whether the finished room matched what we'd agreed on. So I learned the installs alongside experienced crews, and in 2020 I started this business in North Tustin.

North Tustin sits between the cities of Tustin and Orange, and a lot of the houses here have a back slab, an older deck or a patio cover that someone would like to close in. That's most of our work, here and in the cities around it. Most people who call us want the room thought through before anything gets ordered, and that suits me. I care that the room you agree to on paper is the room we build, down to the windows and the roof panels. If a simpler room fits how you'll use it, I'll tell you, even when it's the smaller job. You can see the rooms we build on our home page.

What working with us looks like

  • A room that fits how you'll use it

We ask how you'll actually use the space before we talk about glass and roof panels, because a room for summer evenings doesn't need what a year-round office needs. If a three season room or a screen room does the job, we'll say so and leave the choice with you.

  • A written scope you can check

Your estimate lists the room type, the windows, the roof and the base the room sits on, so you know what you're getting before you sign. Ask for one through our contact page, and you can hold it up against anyone else's line by line.

  • The person who plans it stays on it

I come out myself to measure and plan the room, and that same plan goes straight to our own crew, led by an experienced installer. I check in as the job goes, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the build.

  • Licensed and fully insured

We're licensed and fully insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. California's contractor board caps the down payment on home improvement work at $1,000, less on a smaller contract, and ties later payments to finished work or delivered materials, so read any contract you're handed with that in mind.

How we go about the job

  1. Check the base

We look at what the room will sit on, whether that's a slab, a deck or a patio cover, before we price it, so there are fewer surprises once work starts.

  2. Find the office

We look up which office reviews your address, then handle the permit applications and inspections for the work we do.

  3. Explain it plainly

We give you measurements and plain trade words, and we lay out each choice with its tradeoff so you can decide.

  4. Protect the house

We cover floors, siding and plantings near where the room ties into your house before we cut or fasten anything.

  5. Clean up

We pick up offcuts and screws and haul off our scraps, so you're not stepping around them in your own yard.
